2nd album by Nasum. In spite of inclusion of more melodious presentation of their sounds with a considerably higher groove factor than their previous outing, it is still a very brutal, savage album. The production of the album is extremely well done. The technical riffing and the interchange between hard grinding noise and groovy death metal sound is also well done.

15th album by Tankard. The music itself is quite well composed here, boasting superb production and strong enough variation to survive a good number of replays. The band inserted more melodies and elements of traditional heavy metal, a thing that made the whole album easily listenable and not over-boring. The album starts off strong and slowly began to fade into a softer tone keeping things still intense.

There is less use of clean vocals, guitars and keyboards than on the debut, but they're better placed and used to great effect. Epic tones are heard throughout, yet the songs never strecth out to what seems like forever.

Swano's songwriting refuses to compromise stylistically, as he was deeply influenced by 70's and 80's prog rock. The album  contains just enough of aggression, prog and catchiness to make all the songs on the album memorable.
