The 9th album by Satan's Host is actually a double album, or an album split in two parts (take whatever you like). At the first part you will find everything, from black, power, doom elements, all mixed up and played with passion and pure hate. The second part follows the same pattern, but it is slightly more evilish and all the songs are astonishing without any fillers. We are propably speaking for the release of the year so far!

The black metal elements, this time are shrinked, but found on the atmosphere. Tight and big supply of thrash/death riffing, with an amazing dual vocal attack by Harry Conklin, trad heavy moments and occult lyrics. The album can vey easy take a place in the top albums of the year.

25 years after their debut, Satan’s Host have reunited with original singer Harry Conklin (Jag Panzer, Titan Force) for  their 7th release. A return to their early sound after the band spent the last decade playing generic Norwegian-style black metal. What we have here is a mix of classic heavy with speed and polished black metal with dark instrumentation and atmosphere. Conklin’s vocals and Evil’s guitar playing are top-notch and most of the songwriting really hits the mark, making this album one of my favorites for 2011 till now!!
