The main lyrical focus here is on horror movies of old while maintaining the feel of an old school death metal record, as plenty of riffs and solos abound. The cheesy horror vibe of the keyboards along with the samples, make this entire record very fun to listen too.

Debut album by Necrophagia, one of the oldest death metal bands (created in 1983) and the first using gore lyrics. Groundbreaking in many ways, these guys laid down the foundations for many death metal bands to come. After this release the band split up and reunited later with the 'help' of Phil Anselmo.

6th album by Necrophagia. Except for the polished production, not a whole lot has changed in their camp. Their chugging guitars, old-school keyboards, death-machine beats, horror-movie samples and ghoulish lyrics haven't changed a bit. They've stayed faithful to their themes and concepts, basing their songs on well-known horror classics and obscure grindhouse gems.
