6th album by Finntroll. It's different from the sound we are used to, but they managed to stay true to themselves. The growling vocals may be pure death/black metal, but that is where the connection with the genre ends. The record is characterized by their usual focus towards stomping rhythms and folk melodies. There's a greater reliance on keyboards and synths than previously.

2nd album by Finntroll. The band is offering aspects of black and folk metal with a dash of medieval polka, through 13 tracks of atmospheric yet primitive metal. The presence of Henri Sorvali of Moonsorrow fame behind the songwriting is evident considering the research of majestic orchestrations, harmonies and abundant use of keyboards which can be found all throughout the album.

Debut album by Finntroll. These guys are pretty unique, mixing traditional finnish music (humppa) with black/death metal. The album centres around a concept of Rivfader the Shaman King of the trolls and the war against the tribe of christ.The lyrics are in swedish.
