Debut album by ICS Vortex, the project of ICS Vortex (ex Dimmu Borgir, Borknagar, Arcturus). He manages to deliver an album of mad 70’s tinged progressive and mildly psychedelic metal. It is a bundle of heavy-duty riffs, ferocious drums, grooving rhythms and semi-operatic vocals. It mainly focus on Vortex’s vocals, but guitar runs remain exciting to follow, while from time to time hammond organ awakes a '70s feel.
