4th album by Tragedy, that has changed the route a lil bit. The mid-tempos and slow passages have increased, while the faster moments and the D-Beat rhythms become fewer. A dark atmosphere is present and there are a lot of moments reaching even the death metal boundaries in the like of Bolt Thrower. Nevertheless, this release is a killer one.

Debut album by Mekong Delta. Here we have some catchy anthemic thrash metal with some experimentation and interesting riffs. The music is a mix of traditional heavy metal and thrash metal all played in (for the time) great technical style. The musicianship is excellent and in addition to the powerful vocal performance by Wolfgang Borgmann, Jörg Michael´s drumming have to be mentioned. "Black sabbath" is a medley of riffs and lyrics originally by Black Sabbath.

3rd album by Toxic Holocaust. It is one amazing and unique new thrash album and one of the best by the band. The songs are riffier and more complex, but remain pummeling and aggressive. There are cool melodies and breakdowns and change-ups going on all over the place, but everything is still straight-forward and thrashy.

2nd album by Bombnation. Even if musically the band isn’t adding a lot of new things to the mix, the songwriting on here is solid. Most of the material is galloping and heavy, but not without melody and better than average technicality.
