The 8th full length album by The Crown marks the return of the band's original vocalist, Johan Lindstrand. The whole album has a modern feeling with half of the songs sounding like their earlier releases, while the other half being more heavy and groove. An entertaining release with many melodic parts, that has lost the past darkness, but still remains fun.

It appears to have a lack of death metal characteristics and is more focused on melody and atmospheric maneuvers in the dark. They have released yet another miserable opus that will satisfy their loyal fan base and also anyone who likes their doom metal depressive.

3rd album by Viking, 26(!!!) years after their last one. Every split-up group reunites, why not Viking? Matt and Ron return on drums and vocals respectively, with Mike Gonzalez from Dark Angel, joining in on bass and Gene Hoglan recording the drums. Chunky and brutal thrash riffs are all over this album, some nice tempo changes. There's nothing on this record that a Viking fan would be disappointed with.
